In the model using categorical CDAI, the third tertile group had a decrease in TyG compared to the first tertile group [β: -0.041, 95%CI: (-0.070, -0.012), P = 0.005]; although the second tertile group did not show a significant decrease in TyG, there was a significant trend effect across the three groups ( P for trend = 0.005).
