Although not statistically significant, the MR-Egger analysis (OR = 1.083, 95% CI = 0.963–1.218, P = 0.184) using the weighted median method (OR = 1.070, 95% CI = 0.959–1.194, P = 0.226) also showed a trend towards MS being associated with an increased risk of abnormal sperm (see Table 1 ).
