A similar trend was observed for all-cause mortality in individuals with diabetes duration ≥ 10 years ( p = 0.068) and for cardiovascular mortality in individuals with diabetes duration < 10 years ( p = 0.087) or ≥ 10 years ( p = 0.214), although they did not reach statistical significance (Table 6 ).
