Based on the equivalent circuit fitting calculation, the R ct corresponding to ZC, ZC-Ru, and ZC-Cu samples showed a trend of first increasing and then decreasing, which were 0.16 Ω, 0.70 Ω and 0.13 Ω, respectively, and the R ct of electrode material ZC-Cu was the smallest.
