Some NEPC-related genes (i.e., ASCL1 , DLL3 , FOXA2 , EZH2 ) were higher in NE than in luminal lineage regions but did not reach statistical significance; this could be related to lower expression levels of these genes in fNICD2-#1 tumors compared with parental DEST tumors ( Supplemental Figure 10C ).
