In our clinical trial, the SIRT1, SIRT3, and SIRT6 levels increased at the 2-week follow-up after medication, but over time, the concentration of exogenous supplemental NAD + gradually decreased in vivo and showed a trend of gradual decrease in the last two follow-up visits, which is also consistent with the metabolic process of intravenous drug use in the body.
