In the fully adjusted model, the aHR for the moderate and high-risk category was 1.56 (95% CI = 0.93 to 2.63) and 1.70 (95% CI = 0.99 to 2.91), respectively, indicating a clear trend toward higher risk of uncontrolled HTN with increasing SDOH scores ( Supplementary Table 5 , available online).
