Although there were non-significant associations for diet, physical activity, and sleep health scores, a similar trend was observed with higher scores being associated with a reduced risk of cancer mortality, while the biological scale, as well as the other health factors of the LE8, did not reach statistical significance in this regard (as shown in Table 1 and Additional file 1 : Table S11).
