The Chao1 index in the DS (600.6 ± 75.8) was significantly higher than that in the WS (443.2 ± 62.4) ( p < 0.05, Figure 2A ), while the Shannon index also exhibited a higher value in the DS although the difference did not reach statistical significance ( Figure 2B ).
