On the other hand, we also determined the effect of MPs on the reproductive performance of pregnant mice, and our results showed that: Compared with the control group, the fetal and placental weights of pregnant mice at higher MPs doses (50 mg/kg and 100 mg/kg) were significantly reduced ( P < .05), and the total number of fetuses in each group showed a trend of gradually decreasing with the increase of MPs concentration, but there was no significant difference among the groups.
