Additionally, it resulted in a reduction in the relative abundance of Escherichia-Shigella from 42.04 ± 13.93% (CHD-48 group) to 27.91 ± 12.53% (CHD-48-LP group), as well as a decrease in the relative abundance of Veillonella from 3.8 ± 7.52% (CHD-48 group) to 1.11 ± 2.21% (CHD-48-LP group), although these differences did not reach statistical significance.
