A search of the GEPIA ( http://gepia.cancer-pku.cn/ ) database to analyze the correlation between KDM4A and BMP9 revealed that KDM4A was negatively correlated with BMP9 in different cancers, and it also showed a trend of negative correlation in breast cancer (Fig. 2 C).
