With the increase of chitosan content (X 1 ) and anhydrous calcium chloride content (X 3 ), the inhibition rate of berberine sustained-release microsphere materials on Microcystis aeruginosa showed a trend of increasing first and then decreasing; that is, in the preparation process of sustained-release microsphere materials, too high or too low chitosan content (X 1 ) and anhydrous calcium chloride content (X 3 ) will lead to a decrease in its inhibition rate.
