The SARS-CoV-2 RNA burden (vAUC d1–8 for SARS-CoV-2 viral load) was lower in the astodrimer group than in the placebo group across the complete mITT (−1.2 log 10 copies/mL × Day), although the difference did not reach statistical significance.
