The following I 2 thresholds will be applied in this study: I 2 :0–40%: probably not significant; I 2 :30–60%: possibly moderate heterogeneity; I 2 :50–90%: possibly significant heterogeneity; I 2 :75–100%: possibly substantial heterogeneity.
