The difference in the means between the TG 43.1 and CG 27.0 groups did not reach statistical significance (Mann‒Whitney U test p = 0.07) at the end of the intervention but became significant during the follow-up period at 3 months (TG 45.5; CG 27.8; p = 0.046) or 4 months (TG 51.5; CG 29.9; p = 0.046).
