A previous meta-analysis also found a higher rate of SGA in AS patients compared to controls, with an OR of 2.05 (95% CI 1.09–3.89) [ 26 ], while another meta-analysis showed an increased trend of SGA neonates which did not reach statistical significance (OR 1.66, 95% CI 0.93–2.95).
