Additionally, a numerically decreased trend for KRAS mutation (OR = 0.6, p = 0.18) and an increased trend for KRAS transition events (OR = 1.86, p = 0.23) were observed in SIRE-Asian patients compared to SIRE-White patients, although these trends did not reach statistical significance, likely due to the reduced sample size in the stratified analyses ( Table S9 ).
