These results indicate that the precision of RC likely contributes to reduced tissue trauma and better hemostasis, thereby lowering the incidence of postoperative complications such as infections and bile leaks, although the latter did not reach statistical significance (1% in RC vs. 0% in LC, p = 0.11).
