Similarly, risk estimates from MR-Egger regression and weighted median methods exhibited similar trends, although these associations did not reach statistical significance ( Figure 3A ). p -values obtained from the Cochran Q tests for MR-Egger (Cochrane’s Q = 438.6, p = 0.73) and IVW (Cochrane’s Q = 438.7, p = 0.74) were greater than 0.05, indicating no heterogeneity in the results.
