We also examined other substrates, such as p70 S6 kinase (p70S6K) and transcription factor EB (TFEB); however, p70S6K did not show any significant changes following LAH treatment, and although TFEB expression diminished in their phosphorylated form, it did not reach statistical significance (data not shown).
