Despite significant advancements in RT techniques and dosages from 1975 to 2020, including innovations such as Intensity Modulated Radiotherapy (IMRT) and 3D Conformal Radiotherapy (3D-CRT), which have enhanced precision and reduced doses over time 17 , our study did not reveal a clear trend in the reduction of risk for 6 types of SPMs with increasing year of diagnosis.
