At elevated temperatures (15 °C, 25 °C and 37 °C), P[4] in the t-NRRV control and low-phosphate bivalent formulation (with dialyzed sIPV bulks) displayed similar instability profiles over time, but the bivalent formulation (undialyzed sIPV bulks) showed a trend toward relatively improved stability ( Figure 3 B–D).
