Bipolar disorder polygenic risk score, childhood adversity and symptom dimensions BD-PRS showed a trend-level association with the positive dimension (β = −0.49, 95% CI = [−0.875, −0.102], p = 0.021) but no association with the negative (β = 0.09, 95% CI = [−0.288, 0.474], p = 0.654), manic (β = −0.19, 95% CI = [−0.582, 0.208], p = 0.387) or depressive dimensions (β = −0.20, 95% CI = [−0.585, 0.178], p = 0.330).
