Overall, the magnitude of mean change in CD4 + T cell-associated HIV-1 DNA was similar between baseline and all treatment time points with a borderline significant mean change in HIV-1 DNA levels from baseline to treatment week 4 being observed in the primary efficacy population (mean −0.21 log 10 copies/10 6 cells; p = 0.05) but not from baseline to week 12 (mean: −0.17 log 10 copies/10 6 cells; p = 0.13) as shown in Table S3 .
