15 In this study of 79 CD patients (52 receiving natalizumab plus infliximab and 27 receiving placebo plus infliximab), the patients receiving combination therapy showed a trend to have higher rates of clinical remission throughout 32 weeks of follow-up compared with patients receiving infliximab monotherapy, but these differences were not statistically significant.
