Compared with low-dose rivaroxaban, standard-dose rivaroxaban was not associated with an increased risk of major bleeding (HR, 1.71; 95% CI, 0.80-3.67), with a significant trend towards to increase the risk of CRNM bleeding (HR, 2.28; 95% CI, 1.40-3.74).
