The changes in daily alcohol consumption, AUDIT score, VO 2 max, resting heart rate, anxiety state, depression state, stress level and other indices were significantly different between the experimental group and the control group; only the index of weekly alcohol consumption did not reach statistical significance, indicating that exercise has a good intervention effect on alcohol dependence and the physical and mental states of AUD patients.
