Following this up with t -tests revealed a non-significant reduction in the Vitamin-B12 group ( t (12) = 0.64, p = 0.53, d = 0.18), a marginally significant reduction in the placebo group ( t (8) = 2.3, p = 0.05, d = 0.74), and a highly significant reduction in the Vitamin-B6 group ( t (16) = 4.04, p < 0.001, d = 0.98).
