A nominally significant decrease of CXCL-4 and sPECAM-1 from baseline to week 14 suggests anti-inflammatory properties of riociguat in patients with dcSSc and our findings suggest patients with increased circulating sPECAM-1 at baseline may have a greater response to riociguat.
