In our study, JFMS was diagnosed in a slightly higher proportion, accounting for 6% (n=4) of individuals with an existing FMF diagnosis; however, this difference did not reach statistical significance. It is important to note that a statistically significant difference was found between patients who presented to the pediatric rheumatology outpatient clinic and the healthy control group when comparing the diagnosis of JFMS.
