Cross-trial analysis of patients divided by tumor biopsy positivity for TILT-123 by IHC, demonstrated a clear trend in increased fold change from baseline in CD8 + , CD8 + PD-1 + , CD4 + and CD4 + Foxp3 + T cells in biopsies with confirmed TILT-123 transduction, as well as a decreased fold change in PD-L1 + cells, indicating an immunological response associated with TILT-123 transduction (Fig. 4 C).
