Furthermore, with the current literature showing a high signal of post-CAR-T MDS, particularly for patients who enter CAR-T with underlying clonal hematopoiesis [ 124 , 125 ], as well as prolonged cytopenias [ 126 , 127 ], alloSCT has the potential benefit of curing both the lymphoma and underlying clonal hematopoiesis of indeterminate significance (CHIP).
