The progression-free survival in patients with prior imatinib for localized disease was 1.8 years (range 0-9.1 years; 95% CI [0.8–2.8]) compared to 3.5 years of patients who were therapy-naïve (range 0-13.2 years; 95% CI [1.8–5.2]) but this difference did not reach statistical significance ( p = 0.056) (Fig. 3 D).
