M.EcoGII expression in cells only showed a trend toward a 2.8-fold increased m 6 A fluorescence in transfected cells by comparison to eGFP control, which was not significant (Figure 2A and B , and Supplementary Figure S10 ), while SUPREM expression resulted in a 5.4-fold increase, which was significant compared to both eGFP control and M.EcoGII (Figure 2A and B , and Supplementary Figure S10 ).
