Out of 20 head/thorax samples from MC1 mosquitoes with pCMV-p2020A, seven samples (35%) exhibited virus titers ranging from 2.5 to 3.5 log TCID 50 per thorax/head, whereas only one sample (5%) showed detectable virus for pCMV-p2020V, although these differences did not reach statistical significance.
