Post-hoc subgroup analysis for patients with RAS / BRAF wild-type and left-sided tumors showed a trend toward longer OS in the cetuximab group (53.6 months versus 40.2 months, HR 0.54, 95% CI 0.32–0.91), although this was an exploratory subgroup analysis without multiplicity adjustment.
