Ugt1a −/− male mice treated with 12 mg/kg ImmTOR showed a trend toward increased body weight compared with untreated controls, reaching statistical significance for males at P60 ( Figures S2 E and S3 D), excluding growth retardation in mice treated with ImmTOR.
