Consistent with Rep and Cap protein expression and AAV vector production at 39°C, AAV splicing showed a trend toward a dose-dependent increase with MOI, suggesting that a common limiting factor associated with Ad5ts149 infection at the restrictive temperature might explain the altered AAV transcript splicing pattern and subsequent deficit in rAAV production with this helper virus.
