When defining adherence as a PDC of ≥50%, patients initiating FOR/BUD/GLY were significantly more likely to be adherent to therapy at 12 months postindex versus MITT initiators (p=0.0006) and slightly more likely to be adherent to therapy at 6 months postindex versus MITT initiators, although this did not reach statistical significance ( online supplemental table S5 ).
