Patients with obesity had a significantly lower risk of all‐cause mortality compared to normal‐weight patients (HR 0.78; 95% CI 0.66–0.92; P = 0.003) and patients with overweight showed a trend compared to normal‐weight patients (HR 0.86; 95% CI 0.74–1.00; P = 0.05).
