The estimated 1‐, 3‐, and 5‐year survival rates were also compared between the two groups (Figure 8c ); the group without renal injury showed a trend of higher 5‐year survival rate (36.4%, 95% CI: 26.8%–49.6%) than the group with renal injury (20.9%, 95% CI: 10.5%–41.6%).
