Normalized by tissue size, post-treatment biopsies showed a trend of increased TLS/mm2 via mIF (pre: 0.09 TLS/mm2; post: 0.27 TLS/mm2; Figure 2F ); this trend was confirmed on H&E slides from patients Pt2_R, and Pt3_NR, but not Pt1_R as reviewed by a pathologist (PS) ( Figures 2G, H , Supplementary Figure S9C ).
