Risk of overall cancer was significantly elevated in quintile four for individuals with any Gc-2, with a marginally significant trend (p-trend = 0.06), but the statistical test for a 25(OH)D-Gc isoform interaction was not significant (p-interaction = 0.46; Table 2 ).
