In other MR analysis methods, with the exception of the weighted median method of monocyte chemotactic protein-2 measurement, which indicated that an elevated level was associated with a decreased risk of vestibular neuritis (WM: OR = 0.8361, 95% CI = 0.7126–0.9811, P = .0283), the remaining analyses failed to reach statistical significance, implying that the observed effects did not provide sufficient evidence to support a causal relationship and could be influenced by insufficient sample size or a small effect.
