sowerbii _INI strain, the lower temperature of 14 °C had a higher average colony size than the higher temperatures, and the other strains showed a trend towards increasing colony size at lower temperatures towards the end of the experiment, although it did not show significance ( Figure 6 ) ( Supplemental Table S5 ).
