It is of interest to note that in the final results of the COMBI-AD trial, a subanalysis of OS and not RFS was reported according to the disease-stage subgroups; this subanalysis showed a trend of efficacy of dabrafenib plus trametinib for stage IIIB, IIIC and IIID, but not for IIIA [ 59 ].
