The results demonstrated a clear trend in MS, where lower PRS levels were associated with a higher risk of the disease (4.01 [1.44, 11.13] for the low-PRS group, 1.50 [0.78, 2.87] for the moderate-PRS group, and 1.22 [0.63, 2.36] for high-PRS group).
