uDKK3 for the Prediction of 1‐Year eGFR Loss in Patients With HF Considering only patients with 1‐year follow‐up, uDKK3 showed a trend for an association in the linear regression model for change in eGFR (estimated higher eGFR loss of 1.091 mL/min per 1.73 m 2 [95% CI, −0.098 to −2.280] per log unit increase of uDKK3, P =0.072) and reached statistical significance within a logistic regression model for eGFR decrease of >0.75 mL/min per 1.73 m 3 (OR, 1.49 [95% CI, 1.096–2.079], P =0.014) (Tables S5 and S6 ).
