In the PSA 4–10 ng/ml interval, elevated Prostate Neutrophil Ratio (PNR) emerged as a significant independent risk factor for prostate cancer (P < 0.05), while Neutrophil count (Neut) and Neutrophil-to-Lymphocyte Ratio (NLR) did not reach statistical significance (P > 0.05) (Fig. 5 A).In the PSA 10–20 ng/ml interval, PNR was no longer an independent risk factor (P > 0.05).
